1. Primary Decay
White Lesion
Sometimes, decay can be seen as a very opaque appearing spot on a tooth. This “white lesion” is a result of demineralization of enamel layer (outer tooth surface). Almost always, there is active decay (brown coloured) present inside white lesion.
